Are the wooden posts for sale or are they just for rent?
Yes, we also sell wooden posts; their retail price is $125. However we recommend customers to rent them.
What are the dimensions of a wooden post?
8’ height x 36” width (2 feet go into the ground) - Custom sized posts can be purchased at an extra cost.
What's the price for renting the brochure box?
$10.00 ea and we only rent brochure boxes for wooden post installations.
What is a site structure?
It’s a 2’ x 4’ structure back frame that we create with legs to support development signs and we paint it in white.
What’s the price for the installation of site structures?
$195 (Metro Vancouver Area) and includes installation, removal and storage of the sign. Please contact us for pricing on special requests and for installations outside of metro Vancouver.
Do we install posts or site structures outside of the Gretaer Vancouver Area?
We install posts and site structures in the greater Vancouver area, up to and including Burnaby, New Westminster and Richmond. Installations requests outside of this area would have to be discussed directly with our installation department and have a different price.
What’s the cost of a lost or damaged post?
$95.00 and it has to be covered by the customer.
Signage Questions
Can we change or alter the templates of real estate companies?
Preferably not, however; if a customer really wants to make changes on the templates we can mock up proofs for them and suggest to them to ask for their manager’s approval before printing. And a set up fee may apply.
What's the advantage of changing the coroplast signs to alupanel signs?
We recommend upgrading to Alupanel for longer term signage because this material is made out of thin aluminum facing with a hard plastic interior and because it is molded into the plastic with the aluminum, the material lasts longer compared to coroplast. Alupanel signs don’t warp, dent or scratch as easily as other materials.

Do we recycle signs?
Yes, we do recycle signs; customers can drop the signs off at the office and we can dispose them for you.
How do I know when I will be charged a set up fee?
We charge about 30% over regular price on custom signs for real estate.
We charge $30.00 when the designer just has to set up logos and text or has to change the layout of regular templates.
We charge $65.00 per hour (Min one hour) when the artwork involves actually creating a file or a logo and the customer has to go back and forth with the changes.
Can I change the graphics on the Aluco A board?
We can install the decals on the Aluco Aboard, however we don’t peel the old graphics off. We can also install the decal over the last sticker but it may possibly bleed through.
Do we do rush orders?
Yes we do, however there will be a rush charge and it unfortunately does not guarantee that the order will be complete on time. It does bring you up to the top of the list.
What’s the difference between toppers and riders?
There’s no difference, they are one in the same.
What is lamination and why do we laminate the signs?
Lamination is a clear film that we apply over the top of the signs to add extra protection. We recommend it because it helps the sign withstand the UV rays and it helps with scratch resistance.
What is a grommet?
Grommets are holes that we punch on the signs to hang them from a wooden or metal post and are covered by a clear plastic circle.
How many grommets does a Real estate hanging sign need and why?
We recommend adding 5 grommets: -2 on the top the hang the sign from the post -2 on the bottom to hang riders from the sign -1 on the side to attach the sign to the wooden post
Where do grommets go on real estate signs?
For For Sale Signs that are 36" or 30": We recommend adding 5 grommets: -2 on the top 6” in -2 on the bottom 6” in - 1 on the side
Small for Sale Signs that are 24" or 30": We recommend adding 5 grommets: -2 on the top 4” in -2 on the bottom 4” in -1 on the side

Do we charge a setup fee for template business cards?
We don’t charge setup fees for business cards that are based on a template. However if you require us to change the template you will incur a set up fee.
Why do we require high quality photos for signs and business cards?
To ensure the best quality on the print of the photos, otherwise pictures and images would come out pixelated.
