TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Please take toppers down before Nu Trends staff arrive onsite to pull down the posts as the toppers will not be brought back for storage and will be left on the property.
- Please do not use any decals or tapes on signs as they can damage the print.
- Credit cards on file will automatically be charged the extension fee of $20 plus tax after 120 days from the installation date.
- Orders must be paid in full prior to an installation.
- NuTrends is not responsible for permits and cannot be held responsible for any damage to the property or the surroundings caused by the installation
- NuTrends cannot be held accountable for damages via natural disasters, weather conditions, or vandalism which may occur while a sign and post are on a property.
- Posts that are not on the address requested by the client for installation, will be removed without notice. Please inform NuTrends when moving a post.
- Due to the nature of our business, a NuTrends staff member cannot meet the agent on site unless specified otherwise by NuTrends and a fee is paid.
- NuTrends has the right to remove a post from a property at NuTrends’ discretion.
- If NuTrends attempts to complete a request and is unable to do so due to a wrong address, wrong directions, no gate code or refusal from a tenant, the client will incur a $30.00 charge. This monetary charge covers costs for returning to the site to complete the client’s request.
- If you require the post on a specific spot it must be clearly marked with a marker, to make visible to the installer. A copy of the plat map is needed to help with the particular location before installation is scheduled. If no information is provided, a delay in your request may occur, or an install may take place where NuTrends sees fit and an extra charge will be incurred by the client if a second trip is required by the client.
- NuTrends offers a free service for storing agent’s For Sale and For Lease Signs. Signs are the property of the agent, and it is the responsibility of the agent to keep track and inform the NuTrends install department. Once in storage, NuTrends may discard of any signs that appear unprofessional, disfigured, fading and/or marked with graffiti. NuTrends will attempt to contact the client by means we have available. If we cannot reach the client by these means, signs will be discarded without further notice.
- NuTrends asks that before pick-up, the client remove any personal property from the sign post including riders and info packs. NuTrends is not responsible for any of these items left behind when the sign post is removed from a property. NuTrends does not store riders or info packs, ONLY For Sale and Lease signs.
- All gas line, water line, sprinkler line, or underground lines must be clearly marked before installation. All surveying and "call before you dig" costs are the responsibility of the customer / realtor / homeowner.
- PLEASE VERIFY WITH THE OWNER/STRATA/TENANT THAT YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO INSTALL A POST ON THE PROPERTY.
A $50 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY TIME AN INSTALLER IS MISTREATED BECAUSE PERMISSION WASN’T SOUGHT BY THE AGENT.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PULL YOUR TOPPERS FROM YOUR POST BEFORE REQUESTING A REMOVAL. WE DO NOT STORE SIGN RIDERS.
By filling out and submitting the installation request form, you understand and agree to the post-agreement terms and policies.
